I'm Chinese and particular in the ingredients used in these authenticate dishes. They use quality ingredients - meaning not a lot of onions & celery as filler but the real goodies - like fungus wood ears, pickled mustard greens, and many other delectible chinese greens. This restaurant (& the one north on Lake City Wy) is as good as it gets! Cuisine is mostly from mid-northern provinces and they have a pretty good selection of Northern Dim-Sum on weekends (seldom found in Seattle, but you need to order from the Chinese menu).
