The selection is great. Wish there were more of a selection like the one in East Greenbush though. But overall, I do love our Rensselaer Dollar Tree. The service is great too. Every time I go in, someone new is always working but they're always very welcoming and filled with smiles. One thing I dislike is that everyone seems to keep quitting. So meanwhile, I have put exactly 6 applications in to the Rensselaer Dollar Tree. I have called. I have spoken to the assistant manager... and I get nothing. No phone calls in return, no response. The assistant manager had told me none of my applications were in the back room, so I asked for two more and handed them in the next day and the assistant manager at the one in eastgreenbush had worked there on a day i had went in AGAIN and said there were 6 of my applications all together. So the cashiers are phenomenal. To whomever does the hiring process simply is not fit to be in charge of a business like this.
