        Overall

        Excellent customer services! The staff goes out of their way to provide and explain necessary information when completing forms. They answered all questions and assisted with completing the VA claims form. They contacted us within two days to let us know that our family member was ready as we had requested. They, also called to let us know that the death certificates were ready and asked if we would like to pick them up or have them delivered! The staff was exceptional from the beginning to the end. Carol and Joanne were both very caring and helped make this difficult time as comfortable as possible. We will refer all of our family and friends to use Truckee Meadows!!
