        This place is owned by a slumlord that owns about a dozen older motels in Reno and Sparks. They all have the SAME PROBLEMS. BED BUGS AND ROACHES.

        AVOID RANCHO 777 AKA RANCHO 777 RESIDENCE AT 777 EAST 4TH STREET !!!! COCKROACHES IN WHOLE BUILDING MY RENTAL UNIT HAS THEM CRAWLING OUT OF THE CEILING !!!!! SOME OF RENTAL UNITS HAVE BEDBUGS SINCE MAY 2007 !!! THEY ARE A BIG PROBLEM HERE !!! AVOID THIS DUMP!!! I HAVE BEEN HERE 8 YRS !!! TOO LONG SPRAYING FOR BUGS UGH!!!!
