The worst rental company. Charging me for things like weeds that were never there i left the backyard like they had it, repairs on the fence when nothing was wrong with the fence . I will never rent from them again.

This rental agency is the worst. They rip you off and they LIE about everything. They take advantage of people. Nothing in those apartments work properly. Also contacting The Better Business Bureau. I have pictures and many evidence about what big liers and rip off you ALL are!!! Staff are rude and never remember nothing. Stop ripping honest people off!!!

This is the most unethical and predatory property management company I have encountered in decades. The wouldn't let me sign a lease until a week before I was to move in, when all my arrangements were made and I couldn't easily find a new place. "Dee Dee" informed me that she would charge me an additional $50 a month for trash and sewer. When I left they literally stole 3/4 of my security deposit. For example, I left the place in immaculate condition. They charged me $150 fir a "light" cleaning! This is no different from petty theft and should be a criminal act. Warning - prospective renters, if the property is managed by Keller Property Management, KEEP LOOKING!

Look at "YELP REVIEWS" too! UNETHICAL is MANTRA of this company! "Hightail it out of there", if you need a definition of this term: Urban Dictionary is "spot-on"

Wishing I had read the reviews before I moved in. Keller Realty is trying to make me pay for an eviction notice that they caused by applying my payment to the WRONG ACCOUNT. WATER HEATERS FAILED PLUMBING TRBL BAD NEIGHBORS THAT HAVE MOVED MAKING THAT PART BEARABLE BUT HAVE HAD TO BE IN THEIR OFFICE WAY TOO MUCH FOR THEIR MISTAKES.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT rent from these people. When I moved out they send me a bill stating they used all of our deposit to fix different things in the house. Our deposit was $595 and everything they fixed equaled that amount. Some of the things they stated they had to fix were things that were already broken when we first moved in, and things we had asked them to fix while we were living there but they never sent anyone. Now, almost a whole year after moving out they are trying to bill us another $400 for the maintenance they had to do. They sent it straight to collections without even notifying us. These charges are 100% invalid and this company will only rip you off.

I am highly disappointed in Keller Realty and all of its staff. I rented a condominium for 1.5 years, and I consistently had issues.



The staff is highly disorganized and rude. I scheduled an appointment to sign the rental agreement, and DeeDee was fourty-five minutes late! That should have been a sign to run, but the condo appeared nice, so I went through with it.



Oh, what a disaster that was.



Every few months they come in to do inspection, and the first time two people showed up to inspect. I, of course, was home. However, when they showed up 3 hours earlier, I asked them why. With attitude, the man said," We said we would try, not that we would get here at 2."



At the end of 2011 the water heater kept going out. This happened five different times. The first time I called, the maintenance man did not even know where it was. He was standing on my furniture as if it were a latter trying to look into an attic. Where are his supplies to carry out such tasks? An hour later, it is discovered that the water heater in located in a car port closet, and a key is needed. When I asked for the key, they said they would not give me one. So every time the water heater went out, I had to wait for them to show up hours later, and sometimes even the following day.



Initially I paid the utility bill directly to the provider, but after my lease with Keller Realty expired I had to pay them. When I went in to pay my rent, they surprised me with an extra $60 on my rent. The secretary stated that was because the utility payment was $60. I told her this was incorrect, and I would not be paying an extra $60 a month for this. The secretary argued with me, and pulled out a piece of paper "proving" this. When she actually looked at it, it stated $60 per quarter, not month.



I gave my thirty days notice, and included in my letter was a request for any and all tasks that should be completed before moving out. I never received anything.



After I moved out, and received my refund, I was charged for a door that had a hole. The same door that had that same hole when I moved in! Included in this paper was contact information for the new tenants. It provided me with their full names and phone numbers. Where is the privacy? There is none with Keller Realty!

I submitted an application to Corazon for a particular property. The young lady at the desk accepted the application, took my money, and said I would receive a call. I asked when, she said within a day.



Literally two weeks later, the reviewer calls me and offers me another property. I was already comfortably moved into another location by then.



That call when promised--doing what you said you were going to; that's all that was required.

After the rental has been rented they forget about you,and when you ask for something to be repaired you never hear back from them.They snd workers with notice if at all and put them in danger showing up and entering without the tenet knowing why and when. Also over charge for cleaning and repairs to deposits in my opinion.
