Health Insurance
Michael began his career in the Health Insurance field working for Direct Health Inc (DHI) in 1988. Based in Rockville, Maryland, DHI was contracted to build out PPO networks for several large insurance carriers and he traveled the country writing some of the earliest Hospital contracts in the Midwest. In 1990, along with his brother Frank, they formed their own health insurance / managed care consulting company and launched National Healthcare Access Inc., in Northeastern Ohio.
