Dr. Hasler is less than impressive with his bedside manner. Acts like you are a bother to him - like he's literally carving time out of his schedule to see you. The lady who helps you with your glasses gives out he worst customer service - ever. She was almost mean. I can not see out of my glasses. And it is just not me. When I was there for my apt she poo pooed a lady who worked that the hospital. It could not be the glasses. Adjust your monitor, etc was what she told her. When I picked up the glasses she was telling yet another person the same thing - that they had to adjust everything around them to make the glasses work. Sort of strange that she was having the same conversation with yet another person. What is the deal? Been buying glasses from there for years without an issue from the other lady who used to fit the glasses and never had a problem. Hmmm.. sound like a pattern here?
