Their so-called "Professional" level of internet service ($39.95/month), which they falsely advertise as being up to 2Mbps, yielded a grand total of 0.15Mbps, the entire four days that it was working. Now this pathetic excuse for an internet service doesn't even work. I've sent multiple emails to customer service and called countless times during their "business hours" and I've gotten no answer. They've taken the money out of my account and they are now officially being payed for nothing. Their website and printed brochures advertise nothing but lies. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a lawsuit on their scamming asses soon.
