Redding Submission

I have been going to Redding submission for almost two months. The instructors are very good and pateint. My all around game has improved, I have gone to other schools in the area, and they havent compared to this school. School is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this school to anybody no matter what level your MMA game is.

The Instructors are exceptional and my 6yr. old and 12 yr. old sons are becoming so well trained. The staff is great. I would recommend this to anyone that is new to the sport and needs step by step instructions and to anyone that is already advance in MMA. This is by far the best that redding has to give.
