Located in Redding, Calif., Redding Rancheria is a tribal organization that helps in the constructive development of its people. It prepares youth for future tribal and community leadership. The organization has a health clinic that provides services, such as adult care, children care, immunization, women s family planning, office surgery, podiatry, musculoskeletal adjustments, acupuncture and laboratory. Its outreach staff works with the clinic, families, individuals and community services to promote health. Its staff offers special services to elderly and the home-bound patients. The organization also has a casino, mini mart and a 100-room hotel. Its more than 8,400-square-foot casino has a seating capacity for over 1,000 people and is equipped with video equipment. Additionally, it operates programs, including a child care program that offers financial assistance and meals.
