Pine Property Management Inc.

This company is beyond horrible. I rented from them years ago and the staff was so rude, and treated their tenants like crap, took pretty much my entire deposit for crap they say wasn't cleaned; like dust in the tracks in the windows, a hair on the floor, etc. and I told myself I would never rent from them again. Well, I was with Tuscan Sun Property Management and Pine Property ended up taking over and guess what happened again....they took almost the entire thing! I am so pissed at this place. Our place wasn't even ready for us to move in as it was, then they go and pull this. And the pictures are pathetic, especially when in some you cant even see what the hell they are charging you for! My advice would be first off to NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE, and if you do, TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU MOVE IN! I will make sure to tell everyone I know to spread the word about you guys. Horrible people. horrible business!!!
