Palm Beach Tan

On May 1st Palm Beach Tan charged my Bank card $104.95 for the Diamond plan which I chose. By paying for this particular plan that meant I could use their best tanning beds for the entire month of May. Yesterday I determined I would not be able to afford this Diamond plan for the month of June, so I asked the customer service rep at the counter to down grade my plan for the month of June to the Bronze plan. The rep did down grade my plan but then proceeded to tell me that would be "effective today" and I now must use a bronze plan tanning bed starting today. Of course she tells me this after she completed the transaction. I told the rep that I already paid for my month of May tanning under the Diamond plan so I should be able to use the Diamond tanning beds until May 31st, I only wanted to down grade my plan for the month of June. The rep told me that if I had come in on the 25th which was just the very next day, then I could have kept my Diamond plan status until the end of the month of May. I tried to explain to the rep that she just ripped me off because I already paid for the month of May tanning, I then asked the rep to please cancel the transaction and put me back to Diamond status because this was unfair, the rep said she was unable to do that and "if" a supervisor was there maybe they could help, but of course there was no supervisor there. So I was forced to use the bronze tanning bed, and when I was finished I canceled my membership. This is clearly a deceptive and unfair business practice from Palm Beach Tan, I paid for a monthly service upfront to use their Diamond Tanning beds and they did not honor that fact!! I simply wanted to change my plan status for the month of June, not May which I already paid for!!
