Terrible!!! The employees are very rude and act like it is a problem to get new hoses filters etc. I request new ones once a year and it has been 3 months since my request, my hoses and filters have had it! When I called another company who provides the same equipment I was told you should automatically receive new oxygen equipment every six months automatically! When I asked for my paperwork to transfer to another oxygen equipment provider I was hung up on twice by a Supervisor named DAVE!!! HORRIBLE!!!

Awesome company. Blew out my knee last week. Andrew has bent over backwards to make sure my insurance had what it needs to approve a wheel chair for me so I can be mobile. So appreciate his awesome customer service. Going that extra mile!!!!

Horrific experience! Employees are awful, rude, and don't care about your needs! I needed a walker was stuck in bed had no way to go get it he the owner said he would deliver it, then said oh never mind you live in Anderson I'm coming out there for a walker. I told him I was bed ridden without it and needed to go to the bathroom bad. He said sorry. I called him a dic! head and hung up. I'm still in shock.
