We had a fantastic experience with Megastar Pete and his team are fantastic. I would recommend them.
After my real estate agent recommended Benji Edwardson to get a home loan, I contacted him and left a message. He called me back asking questions and I explained that I was on maternity leave at the time, but would be back to work in a matter of weeks. He asked me to send him some paper work and he would review it and get back to me.
After a few days of not hearing from Benji, I called him and left another message. Then after another week went by, I called him again and after a few more days of waiting and calling I was told by the receptionist that Benji was swamped with loans. So I felt that if he was too swamped to return my call I would look for someone else. I have since bought a house and moved in with my family.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Megastar Financial or Benji Edwardson. I felt it was very unprofessional to not return my phone calls and messages after he said he would get back to me.
If you are expecting someone to treat you with respect and value your time, I would recommend going somewhere else.

I personally apologize for the lack of communication. This is definitely not the normal way we like to do business. I have had so many positive things said and this is one of the few that I sincerely would like to say I'm sorry for not getting back to you. Since I do not know the specifics, I can agree that I was probably very busy yet it is no excuse to not have myself or my team respond. My messages are sent to me via email and it could've been a very crazy week. Again I apologize you had the bad communication experience but I promise your loan would've have closed on time with incredible rates. :) We will work on the communication aspect... Thanks again
What a great group of people, and with a company like Megastar Financial, how can you go wrong? Not only did my loan officer get me a great loan, he took the time help me understand the whold process. Thanks Megastar
