Dental Examination
A periodontal exam includes taking measurements of the spaces between your teeth and gums. Our ability to monitor these measurements at each visit will better help us diagnose where extra care at home or treatment in the office is needed. To assure that your teeth have a healthy foundation, our hygienists utilize: ultrasonic therapy for tartar, plaque and stain removal; laser therapy for gingivitis and gum corrections; and direct antibiotic placement for the elimination of localized periodontal disease.
