These people are crooks. Plain and simple. If you receive a request for products or services get paid in advance. Do no extend any credit to these people or you will be very disappointed. They like to give you a credit card for payment, as if to give the idea that they are not seeking credit or don't need it. The credit card will not work and no matter what they tell you do not believe that it will ever work, as once you've shipped your product, you will never have contact from Diana Lowrance or any other individual who claims to represent this criminal organization again. She's the worst of them all and she's actually an officer of the company on paper. Although back then she might have been using her other last name. McBee or something. She's a liar and a crook and she along with the officers of this company need to be investigated and put in jail.

United Procurement contacted us to purchase equipment for a local military base. Equipment was delivered and after 30 days attempted to make contact with United Procurement, after numerous phone calls and emails was finally able to reach a live human being who stated the check would be mailed that week. Two weeks later no check, still no calls answered or emails returned. Stay away, like the other comments below. BTW, there is no formal complaint process with the military on contractors, so this will just continue.....

I agree with the other negative review. This company does not play by the rules. They do not pay and do not respond to communications. They force legal action which never satisfies the original amount. They operate from a mansion in Texas. (Street view their address)

They are the worst business to business experience that we have had in our history. They deserve the negative reviews.

We recently completed a Government Contract for United Procurement LP. They are a company that buys from manufactures/suppliers and resells the products to the government.

This is the first time we have done business with this company but the third time we have provided our products to the government. We state this so you know upfront the issue is not out product or service. The contract was Requisition # HDEC411P0072.

We have not been paid by United Procurement LP and have confirmed with DeCA that United Procurement LP was promptly paid by the government. As of this web page posting they are seven months past due. Get all your money upfront before shipping your products when doing business with United Procurement. United Procurement does not pay their bills. We have been in contact with the end user and they are happy with the products they received from us - every part of this sale was done properly on our end and the product was received as expected. We fulfilled our end of the sale and the government agency (end user) paid United Procurement for the products. We have only received 1/2 of what is owed to us from U.P. We have tried many times to contact United Procurement and they will not respond. I wish I had seen the other review before doing business with this company. Reviews are very vaulable. Legal action is being taken. If United Procurement wants to respond to this, please respond to my calls, emails and letters. A response to this review is unacceptable.

My company has recently worked on a Government Contract with this company and have succeeded on our end on suppling the government with everything they needed. Now this "Government Contracting Company" (United Procurement LP) has decided not to pay us for our product and services. BEWARE!!!! Do not let this happen to you!! Once the government paid United Procurement they did not pay us and now we are in legal action with them. A lein will be put on the propperty sold to the government and United Procurement will soon get kicked off of all Government Contract lists. If you are a Government Agency and you read this DO NOT BUY FROM UNITED PROCUREMENT. They do NOT pay their Vendors and a lien could be put onto your property!! IF you are a customer or Vendor BEWARE!!
