It started off a little slow but once they got me in, it was interesting. She took alot of time with me. Explained why my other meds weren't working and changed them. Glad I went there. I finally got answers to all my questions I have been thinking about for the last year! Thumbs up.

Nice people and clean office. Not alot of doctors in the area but this one is pretty decent. I would tell people about it.

Took my son in. He had fever, cough and was fussy. They were able to tell me that he had the flu! Who knew there was flu in the summer. It was fast and easy. Alot better than waiting at the ER! Thank you!!!!

I had an appt tody. I loved the Nurse Pracittioner there. She was great. She spent alot of time with me and explained all about diabetes. never been told I had it before. I will definitely be going back.

went in for bad allergies. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I got the plan they offer and it was pretty cheap! Nice place. People there were friendly. I would recommned it to anyone. I give it a thumbs up.

For stitches in my fingers it was very reasonable. I walked in with my daughter and we were seen in Red Oak office. Good service. Nice office. I would recommend.

I have been there before, there is ALWAYS a long wait, but this time my son could not breath well, he went in at 10:30 and they said, come back at three. He was seen and they gave him 4 prescriptions. Dr. said not to do anything without an inhaler with him.Two Rx not covered by insurance so Pharmacy faxed a request for a different Rx. Here we are at 4pm the next day and still no call back to the pharmacy. Not thrilled last time and even worse this time. But unlike other doctors, at lease you can get in within 2 weeks, so there's that!

Good doc- sometimes very charismatic but found out what was wrong with me after I have been to four specialists and couldn't tell me what was wrong with me. He did two tests and told me what was wrong in 24 hours that I have been trying to find out for over a year! I had to wait 30 minutes before being seen but it was worth the wait!

I saw Ingrid on my first time around she was great. She told me to follow up in 2 weeks and they will give me 3 months of refills on the scripts she prescribed me. Went back in 2 weeks saw Kristen she advised me she cannot refill because it was to soon I told her I was told to come back in 2 weeks for follow up and I will be given scripts with 3 refills for the meds if they are working. Well needless to say I left without scripts paid $65 two times in a row. I have not gotton refill and I'm out of the meds. Please be aware of this that it is very hard to get refills on any scripts from My clinic and I'm not talking about controlled substance because I believe they can't do them. I'm not sure what I'm going to do I will call them next week and see what happens. I was told that Ingrid no longer works there so I don't know what to do now.

My family got the health clinic plan option to cover us while I was in between jobs and without insurance. It was affordable and we've always gotten good care there. Their extended hours make going to the doctor so much easier - especially on weekends. Sometimes their customer service isn't 100%, but overall I think they do a great job and have recommended them to other family members and friends - especially in urgent care situations where the ER was too expensive and inconvenient.

friendly courteous staff and very convenient. sometimes a little disorganized but overall pretty good!

the rudest most overrated clinic I've ever been to. The np was sitting in the nurses station gossiping instead of doing her job. When I said something she got mad and refused to give me my medical records and left the room. I will be hiring a lawyer first thing Monday morning.

I have been going to MyClinic for over a year. I have three children and my kids and wife all go there. I think they are reasonable. If you feel that you are overcharged you should talk to a manager. They can work with you. I think it is convenient that I can go anytime during the weekend or in the evening instead of taking off work and they don't charge more for nights or weekends. It's way better than getting charged my urgent care copay of $75 or ER copay of $200! I'll pay $20 copay any day of the week to go. I love the providers there! I would recommend them to anyone!

Even with insurance the price of an office visit is to high. It's all about the all mighty dollar with these people. If you use a tissue be ware, they might charge you a weeks pay
