I have relatives that live in this area. I love to visit this bakery when I am in town visiting. This bakery makes most of their items by hand without ever freezing any of items. The only reason that I gave a 4 out of 5 stars is because the Bakery's handmade chocolates are to high priced ($2.00 and up, small), their specialty cakes are small and over priced ($65 and up) and the man who owns the establishment is sometimes not in the most cheerful of moods. I highly recommend anyone who has a taste for European bakes and pastry's to try this establishment out!
