The Melting Pot

A group of friends and myself (party of 12) decided to go out for a night of food fondue. We made a reservation a week ahead, but to make the reservation with Tiffany it was like pulling teeth. We stuck with it and had great food, and our servers were great. While we were having desert and coffee, we weren't even finished when Tiffany presented us with our bill. She said she had another party coming and asked if we could pay and leave. Now for a bill that was just under $700.00 I expect to be able to finish my desert and coffee. This ruined our entire "experience". If she were my server I would have left without paying. We didn't. We didn't even ask for a discount. We paid, took care of our servers and left. I used to go on special occasions. I will never waste even a penny here again. If we were told how long we had ahead of time it would have been different. Tiffany is the manager and she is a nasty woman. Didn't even thank us for our business. She just wanted our money.

This is my favorite Red Bank restaurant. The food is fresh, flavorful and creative - without being overly spicy. The vegetarian selections are excellent. It's a little pricey here, but well worth it.

The food is excellent and the service is friendly. There is a huge selection of dishes from mild to spicy. And my wife, who is vegetarian, has plenty to choose from. Everyone is happy.
