Patriot are crooks. They don't pay there sub-contractors. Currently Patriot has several liens placed on their clients properties. Bob, Chris, Antonio are used car salesmen. They take the cheapest bidder without proper manuals and blueprints. Once contract is sign they surprise you with the proper documentations and then expect you to cover the cost.
