        Please do not patronize this company. My wife was intimidated into $125.00 worth of extras. The office people are extremely rude

        Overall

        Just had Thoroclean clean my carpets, and they made them look like new again. The techs had began cleaning, then called me over to see, it looked like they were erasing the dirt. The best description is 5 stars, WOW. The cleaning techs were fast and friendly and did far better than expected.
