Founded in 1973, M.L. Lausch Elementary School is located in Reading, Pa. The school serves more than 375 students in kindergarten through grade four. It offers Title 1 and English as a Second Language programs. Its general academic curriculum includes math, science, language arts and social studies. M.L. Lausch Elementary School conducts special education classes for gifted and talented students. The school also provides speech, language, occupational and physical therapies to students with learning disabilities. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as art, music, and technical and physical education. In addition, it organizes several educational and cultural events, including festivals, food drives, family nights and fundraising activities. The school supports a range of sports activities that includes hockey and baseball. M.L. Lausch Elementary School is a part of the Exeter Township School District.
