Bob was very professional and got me what I wanted. Went in there with a tough goal in mind and they gave us a list of about 15 cars. We left there with a amazing car with low miles. We saw the car on line for our granddaughter . I contacted the dealer and Gailen got back to me within minutes , ready to give me what ever info that I needed . We live in NJ , she lives in PA . We made arrangements to test drive. Gailen greeted us and got us set up with our salesman ,John . He looked you in the eye when he spoke to you , was very helpful with everything involved. From test drive , to insurance and out the door sale , he was very helpful . It was a pleasure to do business with the people at this dealership .

I went to Fishers after a horrible experience at Outten in Hamburg. The staff at Fisher were soo helpful and nice, I was in a new car within a few hours. It was honestly one of the nicest car buying experiences I have ever had.

After dragging my family from lot to lot on the hottest day of the year, along came a breath of fresh air. His name was Tony. He was the only salesperson who took the time to find out what really was important to my family, and went above and beyond getting us the deal that we wanted. He was on our side the whole time. It seemed that almost everwhere else we went, the only thing the salesperson was concerned about was our credit and what kind of payment's we were looking for. The only regret I have, is not meeting Tony and the family at Bob Fisher Chevrolet sooner.
