Overall work was good and completed quickly. However, some work was sloppy. Part of the job was to seal the basement floors. Two problems with this 1--the workers got paint all over the baseboards and did nothing to clean it up. 2- The workers used paint that WE had from other projects without asking us and then CHARGED US for the purchase of paint! They also used trim that we had from previous projects as well without asking and charged us for that too! In addition one of the workers created random repairs and told us we owed him arbitrary amounts of money to cover those repairs which we did not request of him and did not authorize.



And one of the biggest problems we had with this company was their absolute REFUSAL to provide an itemized invoice, even at the request of our insurance company. They knew what insurance was paying for our water damage and formulated an invoice that matched the exact amount. No specific prices were given for anything. We were also charged for items in the estimate that weren't completed. Employees were also intrusive at times.



The main room they worked on looks great despite the sloppy areas. The business practices are the reason for the low rating.
