Ayers Logging and Contracting

Ayers put in a pond for me. After 15 months, the pond is still not full. We had them out to look at it and got nothing but excuses. The top of the overflow pipe is 2.5 to 3 feet above the surrounding ground level (but below the banks they put in). Now he tells me the current level is where the water table is and it won't fill any higher. If that was the case, why did they put it in so high in the first place? They should have know that the water table was blow ground level, isn't that common sense? They say that we talked about that they need to put the dirt into the banks because there was nowhere else to put it. This is not true as I had several places I could have used extra dirt. Now I have a very expensive puddle in my back yard and Ayers will not do anything about it.
DO NOT contract Ayers to put in a pond for you, you will be disappointed.
