        Poor quality

        I asked the person at Digital Photo Graphix in Rancho to make me a DVD. Unfortunately what I got sent home with didn't play in my DVD player. The picture didn't match the sound and the two DVDs he used to make the one were all mixed up together in no order. I returned the DVD and got my money back which was a smooth transaction. However, beware that you must preview the DVD before taking it home to be sure of quality.
