R&D Pest Services is great! We recently moved into the neighborhood and immediately was having ant problems. After much searching, found R&D and gave them a shot. Called and the next day Paul came out and inspected our home and gave a solution. He was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Answered all my questions. I told him to get on it and the next day, ants were gone. Great company to work with. Highly recommend them

I was having a terrible ant problem. Ants inside and out. Called R&D pest services and they were able to come out in a couple days. Mike came and was able to find 3 trails. He did his magic and I did not see a single ant the next day. They do guarantee their service for 30 days which is great. A couple of weeks after I had them come out I had ants appear inside where I had never seen them before. Mike came back and put some ant bait gel around that area. A few days later I saw a trial outside leading to that area inside. Mike came back out but could not find said trail but he sprayed again. Haven't seen another ant. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

We were invaded by ants this year. We tried everything to get rid of them but when they took over inside we knew we needed help .Jan found the ad in the Yellow pages. It looked like just what we needed so she called and Mike came out the same day.By the next day they were gone outside,and inside within two...We can't thank them enough. We had a horrible ant problem both outside and inside, and R & D fixed it quickly! They came over the very next day, sprayed only the outside of the property, and all ants were gone. And the ants in this area are pretty resistant!! Thank you R&D!!

They took such good care of our ant problem. Ants in the bathrooms and kitchen and we were having company the next day! The next day NO ants and there havent been since. I appreciate them coming out on such short notice . Mike did a great job.

Had a great first experience with R&D! Paul came out during the time frame he specified and sprayed outside for ants and spiders. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also placed some gel-based bait in our bathrooms to take care of our current ant problem. I was very impressed. We signed up for the service every two-month plan so now we will be living pest free!!

the good about R&D is they spray the outside of my house also the inside. The price is better than Gallant. After the first spray, there were few spiders one day later popped up. I called R&D and they came spray my garage and house again. So that is very nice for the guarantee! don't see anymore spiders, R&d is good!

I recently purchased a new home and came across a huge ant problem. A family friend recommended me to call R&D to help with my problem. They were very helpful and made me feel at ease knowing they can handle the situation. The technician arrived to my house right on time as they said they would. He was very helpful and professional. The Ants were gone the very next day! Definitely would recommend them to anyone with an ant problem.

R&D Pest Services is one of the best company to take care pest problem. My tenant was complaining about ants for quite some time. I called R&D, the receptionist listened my problem carefully and informed me someone will reach me soon. I got a call back from Paul within 1 hour. He also listened the problem carefully and gave me an appointment. He came on time as scheduled. He inspected the home thoroughly. He had not only taken care the ants problem, he explained the root cause of the problem and recommended how we can keep the ants out of the property in future. Both my tenant and myself are very happy with their services, expertise, and dedication. There are no ants in the property since then. They took care a major problem in my rental property.
