David son appliance repair contract through another company called A&E factory repair we’ve been trying to get them to come out and fix our washer for three weeks now every time the technicians cancel we’ve had Ryan M cancel on us several times stating inflammatory things towards us in our house which we’re not true so not only do we have defamation but we’re not getting our repairs done we’ve already talk to a lawyer about a class action suit against Sears who we actually bought the warranty from sears who contracts it out to A&E who contracts it out to David son so I guess we just have to name all three of them in our in our class action because no one‘s coming out and repairing it no one‘s answering our phone calls all they do is keep canceling the set up an appointment and cancel set up an appointment and cancel so I recommend you That you do not get Repair from this company because they are not reputable as far as keeping their appointment. We have had all the parts now for 3 weeks so there is no reason for the repair no to take place. Horrible customer service if there’s anyone else out there that would like to join a class action let me know
