Crate & Barrel

My rating is not for this store in particular, but for C&B in general.I bought 5 chairs (Lowe is the style) and although I am 5"10" and approx 165 lbs., I could feel the front wooden rail through the upholstery of ALL of them. This breakdown in comfort began about two months after the chairs were purchased. Crate & Barrel offered me $90/chair. When I bought them several years ago, the regular price was $150 each. I would have accepted an exchange, but With $90 I could only buy 2 1/2 chairs. What a ripoff.

This store is not what I expected at all. Very poor customer service thanks to an employee who works there. I would have never thought she would be rude but she was. I was trying to look for an item but she decided to be so disrespectful towards me. I think I heard her name Cristina. I will never go there ever again. Even the fact that I love shopping at Crate and Barrel.
