        I visit this store frequently and have received outstanding service from Danielle! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and has given great ideas for projects I am working on. The floral designer, Kelly, is also amazing to work with and can create just what you are looking for!

        Great hobby supply store. This location seems to be bigger than the other location. This one had fabric which are not at other locations.

        Bad Employee Knowledge

        Yea, Michaels does have a ton of crafting stuff, and if you know what you want then you should be able to find it here. However, if you have questions about products (ie. which paintbrush is better for a certain media, or which clay is better for a certain project) you better be able to guess pretty well because most of these employees know nothing about their products. It's awful. I've shopped at other stores like Utrecht because there are times when I don't want to have to guess what product will work the best for me.
