Marc and Joe went above and beyond to help me. I spoke with Marc they were very busy and backed up not taking any new jobs due to all the rain we have had. However after he heard what I have been dealing with at another company he said he would try to help. He did what he said and more. Joe took over the issue but Marc even followed up and dropped by to check in. I am not going into detail over the 2 mo long ordeal but they helped with an issue that had nothing to do with them . I was relived to have them help I trusted I was being taken care.
They may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. The crew was nice they showed up on time every time and when they leave the job its clean. They are true professionals I highly recommend them.

I contacted this company last week to get an estimate for stucco repair on a property we are renovating. I was told that Mark Reynold would be contacting me for an appointment. When Mark called me back he was unable to give me an exact time to meet me since, according to him, he had a lot of projects that he was overseeing. We settled on a time frame between 9am and 3pm, Wednesday, October 15. Since I have a tenant in the property, I asked that he at least call me 30 minutes prior to arrival since it would take me that amount of time to drive to the property.



Unfortunately I had to cancel our appointment because of another renovation project that took priority.



What concerns me was the response I received from him when I told him I had to cancel and call back to reschedule.



Here's our text exchange:



Me: "I need to cancel our Wednesday appointment. Will call you for new date and time. Sry"

Mr. Reynold: "I'm too busy with this job and circumstances regarding your schedule. Find someone else"



Wow, just, wow.
