This place will squeeze every last penny out of you until you have nothing left. The maintenance staff will let themselves into your apartment without knocking, and the staff send no e-mails or post any kind of notice to let you know when they are coming to do their routine inspections. If you live on the ground floor be prepared for bugs:silverfish, earwigs, and some cockroaches. You pay a monthly fee for pest control but it never works and they don't do it regularly like they say they do. There are tons of stray cats that live in the woods that were constantly trying to come into our apartment .while we lived here.

Not to mention the fact that we were not informed on what kind of apartment we were getting. They showed us the model apartment with updated appliances and spacious closets and we ended up with a outdated handicap apartment with no space that was way overpriced.



I do not recommend living here.
