        The non-glare cover of the LCD screen on our Sony was flaking/chipping/rubbing off and we purchased a new screen. The man working there told us he could replace it for us. He removed some screws and the connectors and found that the non-glare cover was glued down. He told us he would use a heat gun to loosen the glue (that didn't work). Well, now we have a camera with an LCD screen that won't even light up. Maybe he didn't reconnect the connection correctly or maybe the heat gun damaged the workings of the screen but we are left with a camera that doesn't have a working LCD screen at all. Very upset about this.
