Kelly Lefcheck - State Farm Insurance Agent

I love this office. I have been with Angela since 2009. I wrecked my car a month after joining with them and the office did everything they could to assist me. The staff is always courteous,professional and helpful. Angela is very hands on and I cannot recall a time when I wanted to talk to her that I could not. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experiences there!

The worst insurance agent EVER!!!!! Her and her office staff are constantly making excuses why they cannot provide correct insurance information to their clients. They do not deliver on any promises made to the customers. You are not priority and they flat out do not care about you or your policy! No one will take responsibility for anything, especially true when it reaches Angela Shaw Cain herself. She will make it clear that her time is too important to deal with any customer concerns. Didn't you know she needs to go watch her son play basketball not help paying customers who would also like to watch their kids play sports!!!!!!!
