General Info: Growing up my parents owned a fitness center so health and wellness have been priorities in my life as long as I can remember. As a young child I used our fitness center as a playground, but by my high school years I was helping to train new clients. I loved being able to contribute to improving their physical health. Studying science in college and then going to medical school felt very natural to me. I chose Osteopathic Medicine because I believe in focusing on a patient’s mind, physical body and spirit collectively, rather than just one disease process at a time. I focus on prevention by gaining a deeper understanding of your lifestyle and environment rather than just treating your symptoms.Outside of work, my husband and I love to play outdoors with our two young children. I like to entertain friends at our home. I like to jog outside, and I love to shop.
