I have a business in Wilmington, NC and have paid this company $1800 for advertising. The publication was supposed to be out in February or March, but now it's August and it still hasn't been published.



We have asked for a refund and have not gotten a straight answer yet. We have been put off for weeks and weeks and now the manager of the Raleigh office claims he is not the one to make the decision.



There is no decision. We have paid for something we didn't get and we want our money returned to us.



I only clicked the one star because it was a required field in order to submit. So far, nothing they have done has earned them a single star.



Our original sales rep was fired (or quit) and supposedly the second one was fired (or quit) when he was on our street to visit us to try to settle the account. The Raleigh fax number doesn't work and it's almost impossible to get returned phone calls.
