Recently had a tennant who used this service. He made arrangements to use clean with integrity to do his move out cleaning. I was unaware that he asked them to only do some areas and that he could do the others. The difference was miles apart. I called clean with integrity to find out why some portions of the home were done so well and why the rest of the home was done with such less quality. (This is when I found out that the tennant had only paid them to do some areas which was verified by the old tennant) these guys came back out finished the home and insisted on no payment, stating that "they would like to protect their reputation for their commitment to quality." How rare is that! I wish Marcus and his small company continued success! I'm sure if he treats all of his customers like me he will!
