Central Baptist Church is the best Baptist church by the Mississippi River in downtown Quincy, Illinois. We are a large sized multicultural fellowship of mature followers of Jesus Christ who love God and love people. We offer a variety of adult and kid-friendly programs to help people connect with God and with others as they mature in their faith. Members come from a variety of backgrounds including Africa, Asian, European and Hispanic communities. We worship God, study the Bible, pray regularly, encourage one another, serve our neighborhood and celebrate the love of God in Christ Jesus with the help of the Holy Spirit. We invite you to join us for worship on Saturday evenings at 6: 30 or Sunday mornings at 8: 30 and 11: 00 a.m. You'll leave with your hope renewed and your soul refreshed. We can't wait to meet you! Location: 321 N. 7th Street, IL 62301 Quincy Helpful hints: we are located on the southwest corner of 7th and Broadway ( Illinois Route 104 ) streets in downtown Quincy, Illinois ( google.maps ). We are seven blocks east of the Mississippi River ; one block east of the Court House. The CYO ( Catholic Youth Organization ) Gymnasium is across 7th street, and Burger King restaurant faces us on Broadway. You drive past Central Baptist if you cross the one-way, westbound Bay View Bridge from Illinois to Missouri.
