Extremely unprofessional and rude! Dangerous for someone in this line of work to use careless and threatening language.
My initial C-pap equipment ordering was at this DME company and it was the worst experience I have ever had working with a DME company and I order equipment at a hospital and have to deal with DME companies that are over sea and the people don't speak good English!!!! First off, come to find out when I left this place for another local company that is only a little bit better than this one, that the C-Pap machine they gave me is an extremely old model that you can but o-line for about $80 that they charged my insurance company $300 for and it don't come with the more modern and expected standard features that come on all newer machines. Better yet these bag full of monkeys don't even keep the supplies for the machines or for the masks, so when I would do my monthly supply order they couldn't get the supplies because they couldn't get them or they didn't have good credit with the companies to keep it in stock, or some other reason. Then to come to find out when I went to the other company the guy who fit my mask did it incorrectly and I found out that you are supposed to be measures your face for fitment and I was wearing a mask that was too small and that's why I was leaking at night and keeping me awake at night!! They probably didn't have any other mask sizes in stock and just told me, Oh this one is in your size! Then the woman who run the dept. is totally incompetent, she never explained my printouts and even though I requested that the printouts go to my M.D. she told me they did and I found out that they had never been sent a single printout. Then she couldn't manage to keep supplies in stock, mail out supplies as agreed upon, lost insurance certs, and even after I told her that I was going to another DME company the next month she kept leaving messages on my machine asking me to send in my machine SD card so that she could get the insurance authorization !!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONKEYS is my advice, They are like a no legged man in an butt kicking contest!!!! Order your supplies on-liner like I do where you can still support mom and pop companies and still get decent service, like get you supplies in a timely manner!!!
I have had one too many of my pain medication missing...some refills are short a day or two, but this last one is short 5 days worth!!! When I called to discuss it with the pharmacist, I was hung up on. I am pulling my prescriptions as well as the rest of my family's prescription out of the Putnam, CT location. This is the last time I am going to go through being shorted a very important medication that I must take daily. I am done with this RiteAid.
