I will never rent from them again. I rented a tractor this time for a Saturday and Sunday rental; it's a special one day rental price for two days. However, that's not really true, its not a two day rental, it's an eight hours of use rental over a two day period. Nobody told me that and when I returned the machine this morning I was hit with double the charges. This is totally dishonest and a false advertisement of the terms of a two day rental for the one day price. I've rented other machines from them that don't count hours, some do and some don't so you, as the customer, are supposed to know which one is which without being told. I don't like being treated dishonestly and will not rent from them again. Additionally, they're kind of rude, talk down to the customer like they're know it all's, and just have a sour disposition socially. Not only was the transaction dishonest, the personal service and environment were abhorrent to boot. One day these deceptive business practices will catch up with them, can't happen too soon. They'll never see another dollar of mine.

Equipment does not work!!! And staff is rude as well. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else but here!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered 40 white wedding chairs for my beach wedding and half of them,were broken and half were dirty. They wouldn't give us any money back because they said someone had inspected them but clearly they didn't. Also charged us money for damaging them even tho that's how we got them. They are a rip,off and I would recommend not using them.

I wouldn't use this company again! We rented equipment from this company on a saturday. We got to the place we were using the machine and prepared the area. We followed the directions given (kinda already knew how to use it) and proceeded to use the machine. Found out when it was too late (company closes at noon saturday and is closed sunday) the machine was broken and was leaking. There was no way to contact anyone at the store about the machine to fix it or swap it. So we ended up getting it fixed ourselves, after the huge mess it left us to clean up. We took the machine back when they opened Monday and explained our experience. They offered us nothing for our horrible experience. This company should have a call number for the weekend or test the equipment before letting someone rent it! And they should have most definitely compensated us in some form for our experience! Infact we should send them a bill to pay us for the repair on their machine. At least the next person to rent it will get a working machine!
