The owner is professional and personable - and she saved my wedding! When I met with the owner for my bridal consultation we spent nearly two hours discussing the flowers and every other topic you can imagine. I felt well-cared for and like I left with a new friend. Months later, as my wedding rapidly approached, my hair stylist flaked out on me when I was just four days away from my wedding date. After a sleepless night, I thought to call Robin and ask if she might know anyone who could do my hair on such late notice. She and her staff came through! Within a few hours they had hooked me up with the owner of a local salon, A Cut Above, and I was back in business with not only an on-site hair stylist but also a make-up artist. The flowers were perfect! It was like she took photographs of what I imagined in my mind and then delivered them fresh! So fresh, in fact, that four days later they still look amazing enough to walk down the aisle! Thank you to Robin and her staff at Designs of Elegance! Your efforts made our day perfect!

I have rated Designs of Elegance 5 stars because they deserve it. I wanted bereavement bouquet sent to the mother who had lost her son. The owner was wonderful. Not only did she specially design the bouquet and hand rewrite a sympathy note I wanted included with the bouquet, she took it upon herself to personally deliver the flowers. This is an quality florist.
