Roberts Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

I found a 2002 Chevy 2500HD truck on autotrader.com. I called them the morning of my trip to check to see if the truck was still in stock. The salesman said yes it was. I traveled 300 miles to look at it. When I got there some cowboy salesman questioned my need for such a truck. I was willing to buy it outright. He kept telling me "that's a big chunk of money. I can get you a nice low monthly payment." I clearly stated multiple times that I did not want to make payments. After a long yet entertaining wait for the sales cowboy to return, he told me they did not have it anymore. It had been there too long so they got rid of it. Made the trip for nothing. He left to see if he could find something with my specs. He probably left the speaker phone on in his office because he returned and told me straight up that he had nothing for me. I hope he heard what we were saying about it. Oldest scam in the book. The truck is still posted online. Rating 0 out of 5.

The narcissism of the manager reeks, He has no problem making of fool of himself. They illegally deposited our deposit in the bank then got irrational when we wanted it back. They tried to sell us two used trucks but both had bad engines then got very upset when we asked for our deposit back. The manager tried to act tough with his 10 goon sales men behind him backing him up. I just had to laugh at the gull and unprofessionalism that was displayed by this Little boy. I thought he was going to cry because he was so mad. I might add that he came at us acting very irrational in front of other customers, I guess he was wanting to show off in front of his minions, I kinda felt sorry for the boy but maybe not so much. I can't say not to go here for a car but keep in mind the mentality that lurks within the establishment. I suggest buying from Carmax, Nothing but great experiences and no haggle prices.

I have had nothing but problems with this place. I bought a dodge grand caravan from them ins Sept of 2012. The transmission started to go out. after dealing with 2 other dodge dealers they couldn't fix it problem. Well I have 5 kids that I drive in my van. so I needed something I could trust. So June of 2013 I went to a Nissan dealer who didn't just take care of us but has been working with me to get my gap insurance money back. Well needless to say Nissan faxed it to them on the 5th of june. they are saying they never got it. so as you can tell this place is a joke. Dodge has lost us for life. If you want a good dealership go to fenton Nissan in mcalester, Ok. tell the Kim sent ya. Best salesman was Grant. But everyone there was wonderful. Roberts dodge of pryer was the worst and would not use then ever. Have a wonderful day!!!!! I guess they make you give them a star. I don't think they deserve one but whatever. :(

I have been searching for a 2012 Dodge durango awd r/t . There was not one dealer in Tyler Texas or with in 200 miles. I found others closer to me i but they did not want to make me this good of a deal. I will be a returning customer for purchases. I am driving 5 hours each way to pick up my new Durango !!! I am very happy and will tell every one I know who wants a new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram to give them a call.

Awesome service , best price I found , no haggling. These guys are for real. I shopped for weeks online. Not only was my jeep the best price, but every make and model I looked at, they appeared in the top 1 or 2 beat price. Every time.

The employees have always been so helpful at the dodge store everytime i have brough either of my vehicles in for work. I bought them at the chevy store but have got them serviced at both locations and have always got exceptional service. They truly realize their customers are important!!
