Shopping for insurance can be stressful, specially if you are searching for a new company to get it from. I was given Rhett Minson's name from a friend, who said go check him out , because he did a great job for her. So I did and from the moment I walked in the door, I was treated great! I received a warm welcome and after I told them what I needed they connected me with one of their talented agents, Megan Considine. She was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to help me navigate through all the potential pitfalls and select the proper insurance to meet my individual needs. I was also able to start a State Farm savings account.(I didn't even know they did that.) I left there not only with a great insurance plan, but also with peace of mind. In the future, I wont have to worry about where to get all my insurance needs met. If you give them a try you wont have to worry either! Thanks Rhett Minson and staff! Horrible customer service! Agent Dallas had all my policies messed up. Did not finish the life insurance policy in time and it expired. They Minson passed it off to Stephanie who blamed us for the expiration of the policy even though it was their fault for not getting it done in a timely manner.
