DO NOT BUY OR BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY! What you see in their model homes is NOT what you get! We have been in our house less than 24 months and it's already falling apart! Furnace broke, garage door has broken more than once, windows are super drafty they actually frost around the trim they leak so much air and the workmanship is so incredibly poor! If you are thinking of building or buying with this company, message me and I will send you pictures or even let you walk through our house! This was supposed to be our dream house and it's turning into a disaster! Anything you need fixed must be done within the first year of owning your house. Anything that falls apart after that is (conveniently) not their problem. If you install quality products or perform quality work, you should have no problem backing up these things for lasting more than a year! Things we asked to have fixed at our 1 year, they wouldn't even fix! If you don't care about throwing thousands of dollars away for nothing, you've definitely found the right company!
