The Prince Frederick office of Lincare provides the absolute worst customer service. From Lauren the respiratory specialist to Vicki the unresponsive office manager these people just do not provide good customer service. They don't process paperwork in a timely manner or deliver the life-sustaining equipment that is needed with any acknowledgement of urgency by the patient. If you have the option to be serviced by a different company in your area it would be in your best interest to do so.
They are hard to get to deliver anything. You have to work on the schedule. I had to repeatedly ask for equipment and even then I would just order it online. The drivers are great. I know they don't pick their routes or days.
I have had them postpone delivering my cpap machine several times. This is unreasonable and unprofessional! Now I finally agreed to go pick it up myself - and still I need to wait until the middle of the week! I'm tired of being "understanding"!
The people that deliver oxygen to my mother are extremely polite and helpful with any questions or requests. They always makes sure she knows how to operate her equipment before they leave, and that she is well. It's like a second pair of carying eyes on her when they deliver. Very nice.
