Peg's Baking Co

Went to pegs to set up a tasting for our wedding cake. Was working with the owner peg. I showed her pictures of very simple two tier cakes. She wrote down what we wanted and our wedding date. She told me all these things she could do with fillings and flavor buttercreams. I was impressed and decided to set up a tasting. A week before the tasting we stopped in and picked a couple flavors to try. everything tasted good and we decided to go with a suggestion she made the first time. When I came back the next week I told her we wanted a simple cake of one kind /color cake and only one filling with a buttercream frosting she said ok. We discussed that she would figure out the price and call me. The next week I noticed I missed her call. And saw she left a voice mail her voice mail said that they booked another wedding the same day as ours and couldn't make our cake!! It's been over a month since she put our wedding date on her calendar and now she couldn't do our cake.
