This store is so much better than the one in Prescott . Prescott store personnel have bad attitudes and don’t really know what they are doing.

Wow what a story! You must have deserved what ever happened with your experience at that store, I have been doing business with those guys for 19 years,
they are opinionated and very knowledgeable at what they do.

I stopped in to get a couple hundred feet of drip line pipe and 50 or so fittings and very open and honestly asked what the price of 1 roll was because I wanted to shop locally but wasn’t going to spend $50 more dollars than I could get on line. The gentleman that was helping me gave me the price and it was only a $4+tax difference. I thought great I’m more than willing to spend that extra to keep my money here in town so I started stacking stuff on the counter and that’s when things went south. I presume the owner by the way he interrupted and was speaking started to give me the 3rd degree about shopping online. His obvious disgust that anyone would do such a thing came out by not just the look on his face or the tone in his voice but he actually told me I shouldn’t even be looking online and then the personal attacks began. You see I was in there with my 10yr old son getting ready for a Father’s Day project that we could do together. Will the owner starts challenging me as a father and what I’m teaching my son by shopping online when let me remind you I’m standing in front of a pile of product ready to checkout. I’m not the most patient person in the world but somehow at this point I’m still in the store but I do tell him that because of his attitude I’m about to just walk out to which he replied go ahead. So I did just that. His lack of emotional control when you step back and look at the situation drove him to telling me to do exactly what he can’t stand. All of this would have gone unheard except for the fact that he did this in front of a child. My child. I will not only never go in there again but as some who truly cares about my community and has served it for the last 18yrs I will simply give you this advice. Go somewhere anywhere else. We all want strong small businesses in our community but not at the sacrifice of good old customer service.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. And they carry just about all you'll need. Wish they were open on weekends.
