This review is strictly for the Pharmacy. Having moved here over a year ago and using this location to fill our prescriptions, we finally had to switch today to the other Walmart. The reason is solely due to Linda at the front counter. I am not sure what her issue is but she has one and the employees in the Pharmacy at the other location acknowledge it too. I have had issues this year that amount to a complete breakdown of abilities to do her job. From misinformation to input of wrong information, it is amazing she is still employed there. The last straw today was a renewal of a prescription and the Drug Company coupon that I have had in place for 5 years. Suddenly it disappeared from their computer. I called the company and got the info, she input the info and said it would not work. I called the company back and got someone on the phone, they found that Linda had processed it, then reversed it. I had spent 45 minutes trying to get it done and left for the other Walmart. Nate got this done for me in 5 minutes and found all of my info in the system was wrong! Do yourself a favor go to the Walmart on Gail Gardner and ask for Nate, he is the best!
