A1 Properties really needs to listen to their tenants and follow the lease they have the tenants follow. I am a past tenant and was a good tenant mind you and was treated with no respect. Not only that but lied to and they are right on the edge of unlawful practices.If they fail to follow the lease its okay. But if you don't catch them then they get away with it. You have no recourse. Not good for a tenant! Its too bad the state of Arizona lets this happen. Landlords should not in any way get rewarded for bad behavior!!!!! Its called Landlord abuse plain and simple!!! I am a home owner now. Thank God!
By far the worse rental experience of my life!!! From the begin they tried to raise my rent two weeks after I moved in then to the keeping of almost 1000 of my deposit on a professionally cleaned home with no damage. Their only response was the home owners wanted us to charge you more. Oh and by the way I didn't even get a chance to do a final walk through for them to show me the "problems" - avoid avoid avoid - you will be sorry if you don't.
I contacted Sam Lewin in an attempt to try explain my situation to him - after 7 days and a second email this was the response I received from him.
by the way - being called a narrow minded person doesn't show exceptional customer service to me.
Sam's email to me:
You really are a narrow minded person. You want a pissing contest, have at it. Keep this in mind. All the things you disagree with are promises the owner made to you. We did not keep one penny of your deposit and what we charged you for went for blinds and carpet cleaning. You cannot make unilateral decisions about receipts and expect us to take your word for it. I am done trying to reason with you. Do as you wish and I will do what I must, even though I take no pleasure in it.
