I'm sorry Edna that you feel like we over charged you. But I went to Wal-Mart and looked at there prices on coolant. the price that you mentioned was for the 50/50 mix, that's half water and coolant. I used a full strength. to use what you priced I would have to buy two, that would have been 20.00$. And I have my reasons why I don't use auto zone parts. the radiator was the cheapest I could find. your parts total was 214.40, sales tax was 20.37, and labor was 288.00 for install all parts. I used the say book that all shops use for a labor guide. my labor rate is 79.99. Plus we called you and okayed the price of repairs with you before doing the job. i

Good Job but I felt like they charged me excessively. I called and priced parts and it was almost double. Example: 1 gal coolant they charged $21.95 (walmart $10), 1 Water pump 84.45 (auto zone $45 at the most) well I did not look up radiator but they charged 108. Total including labor was $522.77. I never returned
